Unit 8 Be On Time!

Tujuan pembelajaran pada Unit 8 ini adalah peserta didik mampu mengidentifikasi waktu dengan menggunakan jam analog. Peserta mampu berdialog tentang penggunaan waktu. Peserta didik memahami kata-kata yang sering digunakan sehari-hari dengan bantuan gambar/ilustrasi. Mereka membaca dan memberikan respon terhadap teks pendek sederhana dan familiar dalam bentuk tulisan atau digital, termasuk teks visual, multimodal atau interaktif.

Peserta didik akan belajar mengenal waktu.

  1. “What time is it?” It is one o’clock (ini jam satu)
  2. “What time is it?” It is twelve o’clock (ini jam dua belas)
  3. “What time is it?” It is five o’clock (ini jam lima)
  4. “What time is it?” It is nine o’clock (ini jam sembilan)
  5. “What time is it?” It is half past nine (ini jam sembilan lebih tiga puluh atau jam setengah sepuluh)
  6. “What time is it?” It is half past four (ini jam empat lebih tiga puluh atau jam setengah lima)
  7. “What time is it?” It is half past one (ini jam satu lebih tiga puluh atau jam setengah dua)
  8. “What time is it?” It is half past six (ini jam enam lebih tiga puluh atau jam setengah tujuh)

Dia bangun tidur pada jam lima kurang 15 menit.

Peserta didik diajak untuk menyebutkan kembali kegiatan-kegiatan yang bisa dilakukan sehari-hari dengan bantuan gambar, beserta waktu yang ditunjukan pada jam yang telah dipelajari sebelumnya dengan benar.
